Privacy Policy

Rocket Draft is a free, fan-made game. It does not require an account, and it does not sell or share your personal data. Your game progress is stored on your own device.

Your XP, rank, collection, achievements, run history, daily-challenge results and settings are saved in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.

Clearing your browser data, or playing in a different browser or in private mode, will reset this progress.

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages are popular, how the game performs, and how runs play out — for example which difficulties people choose and how often runs are finished. This is measured with Vercel Web Analytics and PostHog, configured to be cookieless and anonymous: it uses no advertising cookies, does not identify you personally, and honours your browser's Do Not Track setting.

Search-engine statistics (how often the site appears in results) come from Google Search Console, which only reports aggregate, anonymous data.

You can play forever without an account — sign-in is entirely optional. If you choose to sign in, you do it with your email: we send a one-time code to your inbox, with no password to store.

When you are signed in, your game progress (the same data listed above) is backed up to our database (Supabase) so it syncs across devices and powers the leaderboards. Your email is used only to sign you in — it is never shown publicly or sold. Your full progress, including your collection and achievements, stays private to your account; the public leaderboards only ever show the display name you choose and your scores.

You can change your display name, sign out, or permanently delete your account and all of its cloud data at any time from your Profile. Deleting your account removes your email and progress from our database right away. Until you choose to sign in, nothing is sent to a server.

The site links to external services (Discord, X, a support page). Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave this site.
